Dr. H. honored.
Dr. J. H., an
award winning researcher in the field
of chiropractic has been invited to participate
in the national chiropractic Mercy Center
Conference in San Francisco, held Jan.
25 through 30.
"I'm excited about being asked to
contribute. I feel I am part of history,"
H. said.
Thirty-five chiropractors from around
the country were invited to participate
in the conference for the purpose of establishing
comprehensive quality assurance guidelines
for chiropractic practice.
Dr. H., who specializes in dealing with
muscle and joint pain involving the spine,
is a clinical assistant professor at Los
Angeles Chiropractic College.
He has also been in private practice at
25 S. Raymond Ave., Suite 114, Alhambra,
for five years. He is a resident of San
Gabriel.
Dr. H. was awarded first place honors
for research at the World Congress on
Chiropractic held in Canada last May.
His winning project, "The Vermont
Study," was on the subject of lower
back pain and was conducted in conjunction
with the Department of Orthopedic Surgery
and Rehabilitation Engineering at the
University of Vermont.
